High Noone Intro

Peter’s Auto-Biography in Progress

By Peter Noone

This is the first entry in what will be called “High Noone”, the Peter Noone story. In his own words. There will be stories, lies, exaggerations, tidbits, and reminiscences about the life and times of Peter Noone, the artist formerly known as Herman.

I will visit this little spot at wwww.peternoone.com every time I remember something amusing, silly, historical, hysterical, or even just interesting that may or may not have happened to me, in my life thus far.

Of course much of it might be true, and it is as I remember it, so there.

If anyone out there remembers a date, a happening, a happenstance or something that may spark my memory glands, then do not hesitate to contact me to remind me of it, and even if I don’t recall, I can probably invent a better story than the truth anyway.

Much of my story will take place during my lifetime, as I do not recall having been here before like all those people on talk shows. I have never been to Memory Lane, but if you saw me there, in a bar, or in the lobby, then I will admit it, only if you have photographic evidence, and are willing to travel to the State of California for the hearings.

Obviously a lot of my stories will take place in the ’60s, as I am one of the few people still electroencephalographically stimulated enough to remember that wonderful period, and also operate more than one member at a time. I am therefore the World’s leading expert on that period, and not only because I say so, but because I can still speak. Sort of. Type is what I meant.

Are you still with me?

I shall of course begin my story in Manchester England England which is where I was born at Davyhulme Park Hospital on November the 5th 1947.

I had a sister Denise, who had been born already on January 5th 1945, and of course I had a Mum (Joan nee Blair) and a Dad (Denis Patrick) who were already old enough to have children. Their parents came from many far away lands. Joseph Blair was from Scotland.

Grandad Blair.

Dolly Blair (nee Hardy) was from Ireland Grandmother Blair.

Thomas Patrick Noone was from Ireland Grandad Noone

Dolly Noone (nee Kendrick) was from Wales.

Grandma Noone.

I was of course English, as was my sister Denise(52). All my other brother and sisters are Welsh, meaning they were born in Wales of course. They are Suzanne(35), Louise (31), and Damon(27).

We all had the same parents, but our ages are so far apart, that only Denise and I spent a lot of time together, and I will tell you all about that once I get started.

Yes we are Roman Catholics.

We all lived in a place called NoOne’s Home, and we never were. At least never at the same time.

I will begin the story soon.
