NoOne Records, Inc. uses the latest technology to protect your credit card information and does not release it to any outside organization. You can place your orders using Netscape’s SSL encryption (the Internet standard for secure transactions) or you can fax or email your card information to us.
As reported in a recent Knight-Ridder News Service article (which appeared in the Philadelphia Inquirer), “In 1997, there were no reports of credit-card information stolen on the World Wide Web during a transfer of information over a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) line, the kind of line used by Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Explorer. There were no slip-ups. None.”
At NoOne Records, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This means that we will not distribute, sell or rent your name or personal information about you to any third party without your permission. NoOne Records may share non-personal, non-individual information in aggregate form with its marketing partners for research purposes. In other words, we will not tell our marketing partners that you purchased a specific product, but we may tell them how many customers purchased that product.
We must cooperate fully should a situation arise where we are required by law or legal process to provide information about a customer.

We guarantee your satisfaction with all NoOne Records merchandise. You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling).
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.
If a CD jewel box or cassette case arrives cracked or damaged, we will be happy to mail you a replacement.
We cannot guarantee that a title listed as "In stock" will actually ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In rare cases, a title may be in stock when you place your order, and sold out by the time your order is processed.
Backordered merchandise includes items that are not currently in stock. In most cases, these items are on order from the manufacturers. In some cases, we are awaiting or researching stock information from one or more of our suppliers. When we receive the product, we notify you via email and ship it to you promptly.
Backordered domestic (U.S.) titles usually come into stock within 1 to 4 weeks but can occasionally take longer. If your order is not ready to ship within 30 days, we will send you an update via email.
If for any reason we determine that a backordered item will no longer be available at all, we notify you immediately by email, cancel the item from your order and delete the item from our catalog.
Note: we never charge your credit card until the item ships; therefore, no adjustment will need to be made to your credit card upon order cancellation. If payment was made by check or money order, your credit will be placed in your account and will be automatically applied to your next order. If you prefer a check refund, you may request one from our Contact NoOne Records page once the credit has been placed in your account.
